About Me
Hi, I’m Elmeret, a counselling psychologist from sunny South Africa, passionate about helping people grow, heal, and embrace their next chapter.
Before founding Audax, I worked across academic, clinical, and community settings, supporting students, leading teams, providing psychotherapy, and guiding adults with mental disabilities.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Rhodes University and am trained in BWRT® (Level 1), Neuroscience, and ADHD Coaching. This blend of science and human connection allows me to create practical, personalized strategies for navigating life’s pressure points with clarity and confidence.
