Single Sessions
I only take a few counselling or coaching sessions each day to stay fully present, focused, and energized for every client.
Bookings are arranged manually through the Contact page.
Sessions are usually held online for convenience and accessibility. If you’re in the Saarbrücken area, we can also meet in person on request — I have access to practice rooms when they’re available. Please note that availability on your preferred dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
Workshops
Perfect for small groups, teams, or community organizations.
Workshops are tailored to your needs, with pricing based on group size (5–12 participants). We cap it at 12 to allow plenty of conversation and a more personalized experience.
Sessions take place at your location — your boardroom, training area, and available equipment — for maximum convenience and minimal disruption. No travel or extra setup is needed on your end; I’ll take care of the rest.
This on-site format keeps things simple and affordable, with no extra venue or catering costs (unless you’d like to provide snacks yourself). Using your existing space and setup means pricing stays low and straightforward.

I don’t give out my phone number upfront — not because I’m mysterious, but because I’m also my own admin and often juggling sessions... or chasing a toddler. So I’m not usually available to take calls on the fly.
Once you’re officially on board as a client, you’ll get my number for easy communication if so requested. Until then, I promise to respond to messages within 24 hours — with full focus and zero sticky fingers.
