Your data will never be shared with third parties unless required by law or to securely support the operation of this website and services.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place with Doxy.me to ensure full GDPR compliance.

Disclaimers For Coaching Services
Coaching Services:
My services are provided solely as professional coaching and do not constitute psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, goal achievement, and skill development. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or intervention by licensed mental health professionals.
If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, mental illness, or crisis situations, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.
Language:
Although I hold a C1-level German certificate from the Goethe-Institut, I currently offer sessions in English. That said, I’m happy to meet clients halfway if English isn’t your first language—we can use our free introductory session to see whether we’re a good fit and whether communication flows comfortably.
So much of coaching depends on nuance, understanding, and connection—and I want to make sure nothing important gets lost in translation.
Confidentiality:
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
Results Disclaimer:
Coaching outcomes depend on your active participation and commitment. While I provide tools and support, I cannot guarantee specific results.
Technical Requirements & Disclaimer:
For online coaching sessions via Doxy.me, the client is responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection, suitable hardware (camera, microphone), and a private, quiet environment to enable a smooth and confidential session.
Should unexpected technical disruptions occur (e.g., connection failure, platform malfunction) that significantly impact the quality or flow of the session, the session may be paused and rescheduled free of charge.
Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services
Scope of Services
The coaching services provided are intended to support personal development, goal setting, motivation, and related areas. Coaching does not include psychological diagnosis, therapy, or medical treatment.
Qualifications
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and certifications in ADHD and Neuroscience coaching. These qualifications inform my coaching practice but do not authorize me to provide psychotherapy or clinical diagnosis.
Session Structure and Scheduling
Coaching sessions typically last 45 minutes and are conducted via secure video conferencing or in person in a public place. Scheduling and cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Fees and Payment
Session fees are set at 80€ per 45-minute session; discounts are offered for coaching packages as outlined on the fees page. Fees are payable before or immediately after each session via direct bank transfer. If so required, monthly payments can be arranged. Fees are subject to change with prior notice. Currently payment is only accepted via a direct bank transfer.
Confidentiality
All information disclosed during coaching sessions is confidential. Exceptions apply if there is a legal obligation to disclose information, such as imminent risk of harm.
Session Language
Coaching sessions are preferably conducted in English. However, as I hold a C1-level proficiency in German, it is possible to explore during the introductory session whether German would be a suitable and workable language option for the coaching process.
Session Recordings and Process Notes
With the client’s explicit consent, sessions may be audio-recorded for the purpose of accurate reflection and note-taking. Such recordings are generally kept only until they have been transcribed into process notes, after which the recordings are deleted. Process notes are available to the client upon request.
Online Sessions
For online coaching sessions conducted via Doxy.me, clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable technical setup. Should significant technical issues arise that prevent the session from proceeding as planned, the session may be rescheduled free of charge.
Session Recordings:
Occasionally, I may request to record coaching sessions with your consent to support accurate note-taking and reflection. I use an app called Heidi Health, which is fully GDPR-compliant. Heidi securely transcribes sessions and does not store any audio or video data once the transcription is complete. You may also request transcription summaries for your own review. Recordings and transcriptions are used solely to enhance the coaching process and are handled with strict confidentiality.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to engage actively and honestly in the coaching process, complete agreed-upon tasks, and communicate openly about progress and challenges.
No Guarantees
Coaching supports growth, but outcomes depend on your commitment and participation. While I offer tools and guidance, specific results can’t be guaranteed.
Termination
Either party may terminate coaching services at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and services are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from coaching services shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the coach operates.
