About me
Hi, I’m Elmeret—a counselling psychologist turned coach from sunny South Africa, passionate about helping people grow, heal, and boldly embrace their next chapter.
Before founding Audax, I worked in academic, clinical, and community settings—supporting students, leading a team, offering psychotherapy, and most recently guiding adults with mental disabilities.
Now, as a coach with training in Neuroscience and ADHD Coaching, I blend brain science with human connection to help clients break through burnout, find clarity, and move forward with purpose.
